AI GALLI - Cabernet Sauvignon - 75cl

The Farm Azienda Agricola Ai Galli was built in the 70ies and now is set in nearly 50 hectares of vineyards, which are all situated in the D.O.C. (controlled designation of origin) Lison-Pramaggiore production area. It is run with love and passion, respecting age-old rural customs and being aware of laws and rhythms of surrounding  nature. The company’s targets are reached through following organizational and productive principles: reduction of the yield per hectare, thickening of the already existing vineyards and planting of new vineyards with a high number of species per hectare. Control of the winemaking process and subsequent conservation of the obtained wines are carried out thanks to the very latest technology in the oenological field. The production of a wide range of good wines has been more and more appreciated by wine connoisseurs. The awards won in the last years are not final achievements for the company, but a confirmation that the undertaken way is the right one. These prizes encourage the business to continue in this direction. The company already enjoys a high reputation at a local level that is in Veneto and in the northern part of Italy. Its commercial management has also led to a diffusion of the brand in the most important European markets.
