Fiordilatte is a fresh stretched curd cheese that boasts ancient traditions in Campania. During the production of this fiordilatte only milk from high quality cows from selected farms is used. Once the standard process is finished, it is then diced in 5mm cubes. This is ideal for those pizzas with high-melt factor as the smaller pieces will melt faster. Very practical and less labour intense.
