The bouquet is Intense and captivating with notes of tropical fruit, white flowers such as jasmine, Mediterranean herbs wrapped in a balsamic hint. In the mouth it is harmonious and enveloping, supported by a good acidity. Gaetano Marangelli, along with his brother, Vito Angelo, natives of Puglia have began making wines through artisan processes that respect the time-honoured traditions of local winemaking, while experimenting with unfamiliar varietals and exploring new ways to emphasize the uniqueness of Puglia’s grapes, fertile soil, and vineyards.
