Primitivo Manduria Pacato from Puglia is a beautifully balanced, dry and refined full bodied red wine. It has an intense bouquet of dark berry fruits including blackcurrants, blackberries and black cherries on the palate with a mixture of elegant spicy notes. Primitivo is also known as Zingfandel in the new World wine, especially in California. In Italy, Primitivo is one of the main grape varieties grown in Puglia.
