Ai Galli’s targets are reached through following organizational and productive principles: reduction of the yield per hectare, thickening of the already existing vineyards and planting of new vineyards with a high number of species per hectare. Control of the winemaking process and subsequent conservation of the obtained wines are carried out thanks to the very latest technology in the oenological field.
