SICILIA PERFETTA - Lemon Paste - 1kg

Lemon cream is a Sweet product made with Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and skimmed milk powder (10%), whey powder, lactose, soy lecithin (E322) with aromas and flavours of Sicilian lemons.

It is Creamy in appearance with a soft yellow colour and a unique gentle aroma of vanilla. Sicilia Perfetta  Lemon cream has a sweet and delicate flavour.

This lemon cream is ideal as a simple spread or as filling in cakes or dessert sauces.

It can be kept for 12 months in a cool and dry place at a maximum temperature of 20 ° C.
