| Short Description | This is a 100% pecorino grape wine with Pale yellow and golden hues. Aroma of fresh mature fruit, delicate balsamic and floral notes. With good structure and long length. Its acidity is medium with low tannins. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with raw fish and seafood. It matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes, with vegetables, fresh and semi-mature cheeses. The bond with the territory and its traditions is especially strong in these wines. Rue di Piane are small trails through the land, which from the historic center of Atessa were used by the peasants and wine-makers to reach the surrounding fields. How many carts loaded with grapes must have passed over the Rue! |
