Light golden-colored beer, brewed with both barley and wheat malt, with a fresh, clean and well-rounded aftertaste, slightly hoppy with no hop aroma, characterized by a slightly persistent sour taste, with a thick, creamy and adherent head. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermentedand and second fermentation in the bottle.

Marghetritta Artisan Weiss beer pair with rich meats like pork, sausages and salami. Blue cheeses and especially pizza enhance its taste in the best way. Best served at temperatures between 6-8° C.
