VIGNE CHIGI - Rosa Canina (Rose Wine) IGP - 75cl

The black Pallagrello grapes used for this wine are softly pressed as a whole bunch within a few minutes of harvesting which takes place at full aromatic maturity. The brief contact between the must and the skins gives Rosa Canina the delicate pink colour that distinguishes it and is sufficient to extract the precious odorous precursors that this variety possesses. It is aged exclusively in steel. The nose goes from fleshy floral to fresh fruit up to the tertiary nuances with the refinement in the bottle. On the palate the wine is fresh and of good length, balanced.
