| Short Description | Ischia Forastera is a white wine with a production area in the Municipality of Ischia, Grotta di Terra at an altitude of around 200 meters above sea level. This Forastera is a blend of 85% Forastera grapes and 15% Rilla grapes, coglionara and caca mosca. Pale straw yellow in colour, on the nose is vinous, with herbaceous hints. On the palate is fresh and mineral. Goes well with octopus soppressata, salad and souté shellfish, also great as an aperitif. Best enjoyed at temperatures between 8° & 10° C. |
