| Short Description | Passito wine is obtained by drying the grapes on the wines with manual harvest in the first ten days of December. The wine making process consists of Soft pressing, natural decantation with inoculation of selected yeasts. The Fermentation and aging lasts 12 months in acacia and French oak barriques. This wine is of rich Yellow gold colour. The nose has fruity scents of ripe apricot and floral hints of jasmine and vanilla. In the mouth it is sweet, full and delicious. |
