Short Description	One of the pearls of the Piero Mancini production, produced in purity from Vermentino grapes, cultivated with great care in soils suitable, very rich in mineral salts and natural nutrients. 100% vermentino of pale straw-yellow with greenish glints. Pleasant and delicate with a floral scent. Dry, medium-bodied, elegant and slightly acidic flavour with an after-taste of bitter almond. Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
