Short Description | Antologia XLVI (46) is fine red wine part of the Rutini selection. An expertly selected blend of Argentinian grapes made up of the following: 45% Malbec de Altamira 15% Petit Verdot de Gualtallary 15% Pinot Noir de Altamira 10% Cabernet Sauvignon de Gualtallary 10% Merlot de Altamira 5% Carmenere de Gualtallary The combination of these manually harvested great grapes produces a ruby red wine with violet tones. On the nose, the red fruit with notes of menta are evident immediately followed by the aromas of dried herbs and a gentle hint of smoke. On the palate, the mild tannins and gentle acidity mixed with mature red fruits leads to a persistent and fresh after-taste. Better served at temperatures between 14°C-17°C. Potential maturity - 20yrs. |
