Short Description	It is an ancient grape variety found in a Roman ruin from which the name Casavecchia derives. The wine is important, austere, elegant and of great structure, with a ruby red color. The aging takes place partly in steel and partly in oak casks. On the nose it is immediately perceived balsamic scents, berries, green pepper and chocolate. On the palate tannins are smooth and elegant, the persistence is long.
